This is a national role- you can be based anywhere mainland UK

What’s on Offer?

  • Competitive Salary: Base salary in the £80K range with OTE potential of 50% of base.

  • Uncapped Commission: Quarterly payments, with deal sizes ranging from £2,000 to £20,000 per month.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy targeting large security businesses, FM companies, and installers.

  • Identify and engage key decision-makers, including regional operations directors and technical teams.

  • Present services effectively to potential clients, highlighting innovative technology and transparency.

  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure.

  • Position solutions as an integral part of a client’s overall security package, including keyholding and emergency response services.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Proven track record in business development, ideally within the security or FM sectors.

  • Experience selling to top-tier security businesses, FM companies, or security response firms.

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with a hunter mentality and excellent written communication.

  • Ability to deliver corporate presentations with confidence.

  • Understanding of security response services, keyholding, and FM solutions is a plus.

  • A strong network of industry contacts is highly desirable.
