Key Responsibilities:
•Develop and execute a strategic business development plan to win new security contracts.(manned guarding)
•Identify, engage, and build relationships with decision-makers in the security sector.
•Drive sales by identifying opportunities, leading pitches, and closing major deals.
•Work with delivery and operations teams to leverage new business opportunities within existing client accounts.
•Maintain strong industry presence networking, LinkedIn , and attending key events.
Candidate Requirements:
•Proven track record in business development and sales within the security industry.(manned guarding)
•Experience securing and developing local, regional, and national contracts.
•Commercially sharp, a strategic thinker, and a strong deal closer.
•Ability to confidently engage high-level stakeholders and influence key decisions.
•Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive in identifying new business opportunities.
•Strong professional network.
