About the Role
As an Account Manager, you’ll oversee a portfolio of key clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery and managing a team of on-site supervisors & cleaning operatives. You’ll build strong client relationships, drive operational performance and contribute to the clients mission of continuous improvement.
What You’ll Do
🔹Client Management – Develop strong relationships, ensure service excellence & resolve escalations.
🔹Operations Oversight – Manage daily cleaning operations, mobilize new sites & maintain high standards.
🔹People Leadership – Recruit, train, and develop teams to create a customer-first culture.
🔹Performance & Reporting – Track KPIs, audit compliance & optimize service delivery.
🔹Health & Safety – Ensure full compliance with H&S standards & training completion.
🔹Sustainability – Support the ISO & B-Corp goals and promote eco-conscious practices.
What We’re Looking For
✔ Proven experience in account management & operations leadership (multi-site preferred).
✔ Strong customer service & relationship management skills.
✔ Experience working with KPIs, compliance & H&S regulations (IOSH preferred).
✔Team leadership experience with the ability to recruit, train & motivate staff.
✔Problem solver with a resilient & proactive approach.
