Are you an experienced Bid Writer or Bid Manager with a passion for winning?

Join a developing Facilities Management (Soft Services) provider and take ownership of the end-to-end bid process, from qualification to submission.

In this fast-paced, strategic role, you’ll work closely with sales and operation teams to craft compelling proposals that win high-value contracts in the manned guarding and security sector.

🔑 What You’ll Do:

• Manage and deliver compliant, high-quality bids and tenders (PQQs, RFPs, RFIs)

• Collaborate across departments to gather input, shape responses and meet deadlines

• Lead bid strategy, storytelling, and presentation to showcase value

• Maintain and improve a bid content library and templates

• Track success metrics and continuously improve win rates
