We’re looking for a Business Development Manager with a proven track record in B2B sales to join our client's team – ideally in manned guarding and security systems to drive new business and build strong client partnerships.

🔑What You’ll Be Doing:
Identifying & securing high-value security contracts
Managing the full sales cycle – from lead generation to deal closure
Building long-term client relationships across key sectors
Leading proposal & tender submissions
Collaborating with ops, bids & marketing to ensure seamless delivery
Reporting on performance using CRM tools
👀What We’re Looking For:
B2B sales experience in security guarding services.
Strong communicator with a sharp commercial edge
Confident in closing deals & negotiating at all levels
Self-starter with a ‘hunter’ mindset
Full UK driving licence
