Are you a results-driven sales professional ready to take the lead in a thriving security company?

We’re looking for a Business Development Manager with a proven track record in B2B sales to join our client's team – ideally in manned guarding and security systems to drive new business and build strong client partnerships.

This is your chance to join a growing team with a national footprint, real autonomy and the support to succeed.

🔑What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Identifying & securing high-value security contracts

  • Managing the full sales cycle – from lead generation to deal closure

  • Building long-term client relationships across key sectors

  • Leading proposal & tender submissions

  • Collaborating with ops, bids & marketing to ensure seamless delivery

  • Reporting on performance using CRM tools

👀What We’re Looking For:

  • B2B sales experience in security guarding services.

  • Strong communicator with a sharp commercial edge

  • Confident in closing deals & negotiating at all levels

  • Self-starter with a ‘hunter’ mindset

  • Full UK driving licence
