Are you an experienced sales professional in the security guarding industry, ready to make a significant impact within a rapidly growing company? Our client, a leading supplier of security guarding services based in the South-East, is seeking a dynamic Senior Business Development Manager to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work directly with blue-chip clients, supported by a well-connected Senior Management Team and full bid and sales support admin, allowing you to maximize your client interactions and close deals.

Our client is looking for a sales professional with a deep understanding of manned guarding and security services who can proactively identify, develop, and secure new business with both existing and prospective clients across London and the South-East. You will play a key role in shaping the business’s long-term growth strategy while working within a dynamic, supportive environment with clear progression opportunities.

Key responsibilities include driving business development by identifying and securing new opportunities within static and mobile security services, developing and executing a strategic sales growth plan, and managing a pipeline of both new and existing leads. Building and nurturing strong client relationships, you'll work collaboratively to close deals and ensure seamless service delivery. Consistently achieving sales targets, you'll actively network and engage within the industry to stay ahead of trends and opportunities.

What We’re Looking For: The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in security personnel sales, with proven experience in developing and executing long-term business strategies. This role requires excellent networking skills, the ability to build and maintain high-quality relationships both in person and digitally, and a thorough understanding of security services trends and industry drivers. Self-motivated and passionate about selling, you should demonstrate a proactive approach to achieving targets and an ability to confidently negotiate and close new opportunities. Strong interpersonal and communication skills will be essential in securing commitments from prospective clients and ensuring long-term business growth.
