Key Responsibilities
As a Site Security Manager, your main responsibilities will include:
Client Relationship Management: Building and developing strong relationships with the client, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Team Management: Managing the security team and suppliers, empowering them to deliver outstanding service.
Performance Improvement: Driving continuous improvement in security functions, with a focus on exceeding client expectations and improving value for money.
KPI Management: Ownership of key performance indicators (KPIs) to benchmark security performance and identify areas for development.
Risk Management: Conducting risk assessments, inspections, and security tests to ensure compliance and recommend improvements.
Security Planning: Overseeing all security planning and operations.
Health & Safety Compliance: Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety legislation, creating a secure and sustainable environment.
